Mini Turkey Loaves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed thyme
2 to 4 Tbsp. water
2 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sage
2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation

Mix thoroughly
1/4 cup of soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt and 1/8 teaspoon each of pepper, sage and thyme. Shape firmly into 6 mini loaves.
