Meat Loaf With A Flair - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    3/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    2 eggs
    2 lb. ground beef
    1- 4 oz. can deviled ham
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. mustard
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. ketchup, reserving 1/2 cup for top of meat loaf
Preparation
    In a large bowl beat eggs slightly with fork.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Shape meat in oval loaf.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Spread remaining ketchup on top.
    Bake 50 minute at 400 degrees.
