Quick Alfredo Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oleo, melted
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. half and half
1/4 to 1/3 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Melt 1/4 cup oleo in saucepan.
Add 1/4 cup flour gradually. Stir constantly until smooth.
Add chicken bouillon cubes to water and dissolve.
Add to first mixture.
Add half and half.
Add parsley.
Stir until
thickened.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
Serve over fettucine.
