Meringues - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Beat egg whites until foamy, adding sugar as you go, with salt and cream of tartar.
Beat until stiff.
Plop on tinfoil.
Bake for 60 minutes at 250\u00b0 until chewy.
Take out and enjoy!!
