Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. baking powder
10 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
confectioners 10x sugar
Preparation

Melt chocolate with butter over hot water.
Cool slightly. Beat eggs until foamy.
Gradually add sugar, beating well after each addition.
Blend in chocolate mixture.
Stir in flour.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Cool, then cut.
Sprinkle top with confectioners 10x sugar.
Makes 24.
