Ingredients

1 pkg. any flavor cake mix
30 flat-bottom cones
1 can chocolate frosting
1 can vanilla frosting
food coloring
candy confetti sprinkles
30 birthday candles
12 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. pure anise oil or 2 tsp. pure lemon or orange extract
4 c. flour
Preparation

Chill in fridge for at least 3 hours to enrich flavor.
Heat pizzelle oven, oil it; use teaspoon to drop walnut size dough onto pans.
Burn to first batch and cook to rest light in color. Yields 8 dozen.
