Lime Marshmallow Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (small) lime jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. cream, whipped
1 large can pears, drained and pureed in blender
Preparation

Pour gelatin into boiling water.
Add marshmallows and stir until all are melted.
Put in bowl and refrigerate until somewhat jellied.
Thoroughly cream the cheese with the sugar and add to jello.
Fold in whipped cream and add pears to jello.
Put into mold.
When placing on platter to serve, put fresh or sliced strawberries in center of mold.
