Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dill weed
1 c. white vinegar
Preparation

Mix cucumbers and onion together in a ceramic or glass bowl. Add salt, sugar and dill weed to vinegar; pour over cucumbers and onion.
Chill 1 hour.
Serves 6.
