Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 egg yolks
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 pt. pure cream
graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

Cook the first 4 ingredients in a double boiler and let get cold.
Beat egg whites stiff and fold into the custard.
Beat the pure cream until stiff and fold in.
Place in pie crust and freeze in deep freeze.
