Diet Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburger meat
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Line broiler pan with aluminum foil.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Shape meat into large patty and pour 1/2 cup tomato juice over the meat.
    Bake at 340\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Very good.
