Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon, ground
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon.
    Add eggs and oil, stirring until all is mixed.
    Add vanilla, pineapple, bananas and nuts. (The pineapple and bananas make an interesting taste to this cake.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Test for doneness.
    Makes 3 layers or 2 Bundt pans.
