Potato Salad For 50 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 lb. potatoes
    4 medium onions, grated
    4 green peppers, cut fine
    1 large jar chopped pimento
    2 bunches celery, cut in small pieces
    2 c. parsley
    2 large dill pickles
    2 qt. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook the potatoes in a steamer, if possible.
    When tender, cut into small pieces.
    Mix all ingredients and add mayonnaise.
    This can be flavored to taste with mustard, pickle juice, pepper and any other flavorings you wish.
