Butterscotch Broiler Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. oleo
5 Tbsp. evaporated milk
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Melt together oleo and milk.
Add sugar, coconut and nuts. Spread over warm, freshly baked cake.
(A spice or chocolate cake is good.)
Place on 2nd shelf under broiler and broil until brown and bubbly.
Watch to be sure not to overcook or burn!
