Health Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 c. cottage cheese (diet)
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. finely chopped carrot
Preparation
    Dissolve the Jell-O in the hot water in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Whip the Jell-O and add the remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and chill.
    Holds well in refrigerator.
