Herbed Seafood Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. finely chopped sweet pickles
    2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix pickles, onion, parsley and garlic.
    Put in sieve.
    Press to extract as much juice as possible.
    Add juice to mayonnaise. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Serve sauce or dip with seafood.
