Smothered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shoulder steak, tenderized
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Mix flour with seasonings and use to dredge meat.
    Heat fat in skillet and brown meat on both sides.
    Cover steak with onions, green pepper and tomatoes.
    Add dash of hot pepper sauce.
    Roast in preheated oven at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours or until tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
