Squash Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 medium onion
    1/4 lb. margarine
    2 c. cooked squash
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. crumbled cornbread
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash.
    Chop onion and saute lightly in margarine.
    Mash squash with fork.
    Combine onion and margarine (it was sauteed in) with slightly beaten eggs.
    Add cream of chicken soup (undiluted), mashed squash, cornbread, salt and pepper.
    Mix well and pour into greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Yield: 6 servings.
