Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    pinch of salt
    2 c. xx sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg white until stiff. Stir in lemon juice, salt and sugar. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar over waxed paper. Pour mixture onto this. Roll it out about 1 inch thick. Spread peanut butter on top of this. Roll up like a jelly roll.
    Place in refrigerator until ready to slice.
