Easter Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 dozen eggs
    3 Tbsp. water
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
Preparation
    Mix eggs and Ricotta cheese.
    Slice sausage and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes (until no longer pink).
    Pour egg mixture over sausage and bake for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    (Insert fork or knife; should come out clean when done.)
