Shrimp And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 chopped onion
    3/4 c. thin sliced celery
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 lb. cooked shrimp
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1/2 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
    sliced mushrooms, fresh or canned
Preparation
    Mix, put in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly hot.
    Uncover, top with buttered crumbs. Bake 5 minutes more.
