Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. butter
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
    Mix well, then mix with a mixer at medium speed. Cream the butter, oil, confectioners sugar and 1 cup white sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Continue mixing. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in sugar and place on greased cookie sheet.
    Press with fork. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
