Cocoa Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1/3 c. cocoa
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Bring sugar, milk and cocoa to boil, stirring constantly.
Add butter and vinegar.
Boil, stirring occasionally to avoid burning, until soft ball is formed in cold water.
Remove from heat and allow to cool to lukewarm without stirring, then beat until it loses its shiny appearance.
Add nuts and vanilla when it begins to hold its shape.
Pour into buttered pan.
