Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and shortening until crumbly.
    Add buttermilk until dough leaves sides of bowl but is not sticky.
    Cut with floured biscuit cutter, or form with hands.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
