Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Form into a loaf or roll.
    Put a few slices of bacon over the top.
    Pour tomato juice over the top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 2 hours.
