Italian Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground veal
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated
olive oil for frying
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Make medium size meat balls.
Wet hands as you make each ball.
Fry in frying pan and brown well. You can use these meat balls in your spaghetti sauce and serve with spaghetti and a salad.
