Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked garbanzos
4 Tbsp. lemon juice (may add more to taste)
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. chopped garlic (may use powder)
1/3 to 1/2 c. water (more may be added to thin to desired consistency)
Preparation

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Use as spread, dip or dressing.
