Hot Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) bottle catsup
    1 pt. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    1 pt. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 gal. hot peppers
    2 lb. all beef wieners
Preparation
    Wash peppers and slice.
    Slice wieners.
    In a large skillet combine catsup, vinegar, sugar, oil and salt and garlic.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add peppers and wieners.
    Return to boiling again.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Pack in hot sterilized jars.
    Process in boiling bath for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Yields approximately 5 quarts.
