3 Minute Softball Parent Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. frozen snipped chives
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, frozen snipped chives and a dash of pepper.
    Stir in shredded cheese.
    Pour into a microsafe 10 ounce custard cup or microsafe dish.
    Cook, uncovered, on High for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until almost set, pushing cooked portions to the center every 30 seconds.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Cheddar cheese.
    Let stand until set.
    Makes 1 serving.
