Ingredients

1 (9 oz.) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 tsp. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce or pizza sauce
1 (4 oz.) pkg. pepperoni
1 (4 oz.) c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

On each of two 12-inch pieces of wax paper, press 1/2 of dough to form a 9-inch circle.
Press perforations together to seal. Brush each lightly with cooking oil.
Place wax paper on microwave ovenproof plates.
Microwave one pizza at a time. Microwave (Medium-high) 2 minutes.
Hold wax paper, flip dough over onto plate and carefully peel off wax paper. Microwave (Medium-high) 1 to 2 minutes more, until set and crisp.
There will be some brown spots.
