Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. pkg. sliced bacon
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1 medium onion, chopped
4 (15 oz.) cans pork and beans
3 heaping Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces and fry until almost crisp.
Add onion and bell pepper and saute until onion is see through.
Mix all ingredients in large casserole dish and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 400\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
