Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. milk or orange juice
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. fresh cranberries, chopped
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/4 melted butter
Preparation

Line bottom of a loaf pan with wax paper that is well greased. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Mix in cranberries and nuts.
Beat eggs slightly; add it to cranberry mixture with melted butter, vanilla, milk or orange juice.
Stir just enough that all dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Stores and freezes well.
