Carolina Peach Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs, beaten
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 peaches, diced
1 cup pecans, chopped
2 tsp vanilla
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine sugar and oil and mix well.
Add eggs, mix well.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt, mix well.
Add flour mixture to mixture in large bowl, mix well.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven 45 to 50 minutes.
Frost with your favorite frosting.
