Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer, cut up
    1 medium bell pepper
    4 garlic toes
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 can mushrooms
    Parmesan cheese
    1 medium onion
    4 celery limbs
    1 small box parsley flakes (dried)
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Chop onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic very fine; set aside. Salt, pepper and roll chicken in flour. Brown well in small amount of oil. Remove from pan; add onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic and parsley flakes. Saute until tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms and Italian seasoning. Place chicken in large greased baking dish. Pour tomato mixture over chicken; sprinkle well with Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with lid or tinfoil. Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven; uncover and bake 15 minutes longer. Serve over cooked buttered noodles. Pass the Parmesan cheese!
