Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. dark brown sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 (9-inch) pastry shell, unbaked
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Add sugar gradually, then syrup, salt, vanilla, butter and pecans.
Pour into pastry shell and cook approximately 60 minutes in preheated oven at 360\u00b0.
Crust should be light brown.
