Norma'S Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cabbage, finely shredded
    10 oz. frozen petite peas
    3 green onions, sliced
    1 c. chopped peanuts (1/2 c. for garnish and 1/2 c. mixed in salad)
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix cabbage, peas, green onions and half of the peanuts together.
    Mix the dressing and apply to salad several hours before serving (overnight is okay).
    Garnish with the rest of the peanuts.
