Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter (in baking pan)
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/8 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    salt to taste
    chicken pieces
    peeled potato and carrot pieces
Preparation
    Mix the bread crumbs, cornmeal, curry powder and salt.
    Coat chicken pieces.
    Place in pan meaty side down.
    Roll pieces of peeled potatoes and carrots in crumb mixture; place around chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes; turn and bake another 30 minutes.
