Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 1/2 to 2 cans cream of chicken soup
    6 oz. sour cream
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 roll pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts until tender.
    Cut into bite-size pieces. Mix sour cream, soup, chicken and poppy seed together.
    Pour mixture into casserole dish.
    Crush Ritz crackers and place on top of mixture.
    Melt butter and pour on top of crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
