Boiled Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oleo
Preparation
    Do not wash rice before cooking.
    Combine rice with water and salt in heavy 2 to 3-quart pan.
    Bring water to hard boil, uncovered.
    Lower heat, add oleo, cover tightly and simmer 20 minutes.
    Do not lift lid or stir.
    And do not rinse after cooking.
    Result:
    Nice even fluffy rice.
