Tortillas For Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in bowl.
    Beat with rotary beater until smooth.
    Spoon 3 tablespoons batter onto a moderate hot ungreased griddle.
    Spread batter with back of spoon to 6-inch very thin pancake.
    Turn tortillas when edges begin to look dry.
    Fill with your favorite chopped lettuce, grated cheese, chopped tomato, sour cream and etc.
