Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 Tbsp. salt (1 1/2 tsp.)
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Using electric mixer on slow speed, mix together flour, Crisco, baking powder and salt.
    In separate measuring cup, mix together the egg and vinegar.
    Add enough water to make 1 cup. Add to flour mixture; beat thoroughly.
    Roll out dough as usual, using plenty of flour to roll, as this is very soft dough. Freezes very well.
    Makes 6 pie crusts.
