Nonfat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. applesauce (heaping)
    2 large bananas, finely mashed
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare 9 x 5-inch with Pam.
    Combine ingredients and blend at medium speed with mixer.
    Pour into loaf pan and bake one hour until center is done.
