Biscuit Tostadas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) jar salsa, divided
    1 large tube can biscuits
    2 c. Colby-Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
    2 c. lettuce, shredded
Preparation
    In skillet, cook beef over medium heat until well done, drain.
    Add 1 1/2 cups salsa and heat through.
    Split each biscuit in half; flatten into 4-inch rounds on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    Top with meat mixture, cheese, lettuce and remaining salsa.
