Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up chicken or 4 chicken breasts
4 sliced medium potatoes
1 large can LeSueur peas, not drained
1 slice onion
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Flour, salt and pepper chicken pieces.
Spray 3-quart round casserole with Pam.
Place sliced potatoes around edge of casserole.
Pour peas in center of potatoes.
Top with sliced onion.
Lay chicken on top and cover with soup.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
