Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. green pepper, diced
    1/3 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    12 slices Velveeta singles
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower until just tender.
    Brown mushrooms and green pepper in butter.
    Blend in flour and gradually add milk and salt. Cook until thick.
