Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation

Beat eggs long enough to mix yolks and whites.
Add flour and salt and stir again until batter is smooth.
Combine milk and salad oil.
Stir into egg mixture until batter looks like heavy cream.
Pour batter from cup or pitcher onto hot griddle.
When little bubbles show, turn and brown on other side.
Spread with jelly or preserves; roll up like tube and serve.
Can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
