Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. margarine or butter (melt after measured)
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together like pie crust.
Press into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Meanwhile, combine ingredients following and beat well.
Pour over baked crust.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes more.
Sprinkle powdered sugar upon removing from oven.
This is better if it is allowed to sit a day before cutting into squares.
