Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

18 Ritz crackers
1 c. nuts
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
whipped cream
grated chocolate

Preparation

Roll crackers fine and mix well with nuts.
Beat egg whites until foamy.
Add baking powder and beat until very stiff.
Add sugar slowly.
Fold crackers, nuts and vanilla into egg whites. Pour into well-greased pie pan.
Bake 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate shavings.
