Pasta Con Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. shells
    1/2 stick butter
    2 c. half and half
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook shells and drain.
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Saute mushrooms in butter.
    Mix all ingredients together and simmer over low heat.
    Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
    (Requires a large amount.)
    Refrigerate or let stand for several hours before serving.
    Mixture will thicken as it sits.
    Serves 2 to 3 main dishes or 4 to 6 side dishes.
