Southern Delight Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges with liquid
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. orange flavoring
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple with liquid
1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients and beat for 5 minutes.
Pour into greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Combine last four ingredients and spread over cooled cake.
Serves 12 to 15.
