Tip Beef Roast And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cooked roast, cut in small pieces
1 1/2 c. rice (cooked)
Preparation

Take the broth from roast and add thickening for gravy.
May add 1/2 teaspoon or less of instant coffee for coloring.
When ready to eat, put rice on plate first.
Add beef and gravy.
Salt and pepper to taste.
